Approach & Info

  • At Studio K Consulting, I build thoughtful, collaborative partnerships while delivering tailored solutions that bring clarity and structure to your business. I integrate seamlessly into your operations, helping streamline workflows and manage the moving pieces without the overhead of a full-time hire.

As a fractional partner, I provide a calm, steady presence across operations, client communication, and marketing execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

My goal is simple: to create clarity, structure, and consistency within your business, so you can focus on growth, and the bigger picture.

  • My work is designed for small businesses and New Businessses when demand is increasing, but the backend is starting to feel overwhelming, messy, reactive, and harder to manage.

I’m the right fit for you if you are wearing too many hats, managing client communication, projects, marketing reports and team coordination. You don’t need more complexity or corporate structure; you need thoughtful, streamlined support that actually works for how you run your business.

I partner with business owners who are ready to get out of the day-to-day chaos and into clear, organized operations without losing the flexibility and personality that got them here.

  • I step in as your fractional operations,Sales,Marketing, and client services partner, by speaking directly to the real, day-to-day challenges small business owners face, without corporate jargon or hustle-driven pressure.

My work focuses on creating calm, supportive operations that help businesses grow in a way that feels organized and sustainable. By blending client support with operational structure, I help improve both the customer experience and the founder’s quality of life. I work as a trusted behind-the-scenes partner keeping systems clear, communication flowing, and teams aligned as the business grows.

  • I offer pricing based on the level of support your business needs, because no two businesses or seasons of growth — look the same.

Most clients work with me on a monthly retainer, which provides consistent operations and client support without the commitment of a full-time hire. Retainers are tailored to scope.

All pricing is customized after an initial conversation to ensure the support aligns with your goals, and capacity — with clarity, transparency, and no long-term lock-ins.

About me

A smiling woman with glasses and a nose piercing wearing a light-colored t-shirt, against a plain background.

I’m Abigail Kubo, a Maui, Hawaiʻi–based fractional operations, Sales, marketing, and client services consultant.

After 9+ years working behind the scenes in healthcare, wellness, tech startups, and fashion-adjacent businesses, I noticed a common challenge: Small Businesses stretched thin by day-to-day execution, client communication, sales reporting, marketing, and operational loose ends. Strategy wasn’t the problem—follow-through was.

I specialize in supporting small, founder-led teams by taking ownership of client-facing communication, marketing initiatives, sales strategy, wholesale operations, and internal coordination. This includes inbox management, CRM setup, SEO, project timeline tracking, account management, and serving as a reliable point of contact between clients, vendors, and contractors.

Whether it’s short-term projects, operational clean ups, specific launches, or longer-term ongoing support, I help bring structure to businesses that are busy but don’t need corporate bureaucracy or a full-time hire. From internal initiatives to client-facing launches and marketing campaigns, I provide steady project support—keeping tasks organized, owners aligned, and progress visible—without overcomplicating the process.

My cross-industry experience allows me to adapt quickly, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and support businesses where trust, discretion, and reliability matter.
