With over 9 years of behind-the-scenes experience across healthcare, wellness, tech startups, and fashion-adjacent businesses, I’ve seen a common pattern: small businesses stretched thin by the day-to-day—managing client communication, sales tracking, marketing efforts, and operational loose ends. Strategy isn’t usually the issue, consistent, thoughtful execution is.
I support founder-led businesses by stepping in to take ownership of the moving pieces that keep everything running. From client communication and marketing initiatives to sales strategy, wholesale operations, and internal coordination, I help create structure where it’s needed most.
